and MGS4 was suppose to be $ony's biggest exclusive but, unfortunately it didn't even pass GEARS or Halo in terms of sales. Moreover, when Gears was released the xbox install base was much smaller than PS3 install base in June

MGS4 is a great game no doubt about that

Anyway, I liked GTAIV , it was a good game for me and I'm waiting for the exclusive DLC

anyway, the xbox360 is now as cheap as the PS2 in some parts of world ( a little higher =P ) so, I wouldn't be surprised if they beat Wii in terms of sales and a new Blu-ray player is coming out this holiday for 280$. well if $ony didn't do anything they are really in big trouble
